4. What if we want to buy a product that is not on your portal?

Please give us a call if you don’t see a product on the portal. We will get back to you within a maximum of 5 hours if we can supply the product that is not on our portal. We are continuously increasing our product portfolio and will appreciate if you can help us with that.

5. Do you deliver to individuals or only to companies?

As of now, we deliver only to companies.

6. What components does the price include?

The price includes shipping and sales tax. You will see the breakup in the invoice.

7. Are all the products brand new or do you sell used ones?

We sell ONLY brand new products.

8. What about warranty?

All products come with manufacturer’s warranty. Techilaa does not provide any extra warranty. Warranties vary from product to product. So, please check the warranty before you order.


Delivery FAQs


1. Do you deliver anywhere in India?

No. Currently, we deliver only in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. We will very soon delivery across India.

We deliver from 9 AM to 8 PM on all days (except Sundays and holidays).
